This website is published by Mountain Lake Property Group, LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place, Ste N, Atlanta, GA 30350, USA (referred to here as "we," "us," and "our"), the owner of Cardinal House in Mineral Bluff, Georgia. By browsing this site, using the concierge, saving a weekend plan, or joining the Cardinal Club, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Cardinal House is booked through third-party platforms — VRBO, Airbnb, and our property manager, Casago (formerly Vacasa). When you tap a booking button here, you leave this site and complete your reservation on that platform.
Your reservation, payment, cancellation, refund, damage, and guest-conduct terms are set by whichever platform you book through and by the rental agreement you accept there. Those terms control your stay — nothing on this website changes, replaces, or overrides them. Nightly rates and availability shown here are estimates for planning; the price and calendar at checkout are the real ones.
Aria, our concierge, is an AI assistant. It answers from notes we maintain about the cabin and the area, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Drive times, hours, seasonal conditions, trail and waterfall access, restaurant openings, and event listings come from third-party sources and change without notice.
Treat everything here as helpful guidance, not a guarantee. Confirm anything that matters — especially road conditions, closures, or accessibility needs — directly with us or with the business before you rely on it. Nothing the concierge says creates a booking, a price, or a promise on our behalf.
When you save a weekend plan, we create a short share link that anyone with the link can open. Don't put anything private in a plan. We may remove saved plans that are unused, abusive, or broken, and share links may stop working over time.
The photography, written guides, itineraries, and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You're welcome to link to any page and to share our pages on social media. You may not copy our photos or guide content onto another listing, site, or publication without written permission.
Joining the Cardinal Club opts you into marketing emails; every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Text messages have their own messaging terms, and how we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.
We link to booking platforms, local businesses, parks, and trails we genuinely like. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or privacy practices.
This website is provided as-is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on the information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited by law, and nothing here affects the rights and obligations in your reservation with the booking platform.
We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
