Local packs
Bringing the whole crew? Plan it together.
Cardinal House sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with a game room and a private hot tub among the treetops. The hard part is usually getting everyone to agree on the weekend. This is the shortcut: one chat to plan it, one link to share it.
How a pack plans
1. Start the shared plan chat
Open the concierge chat and tell it who's coming — kids, dogs, early risers, the one friend who only wants waterfalls. It suggests stops that fit the whole crew, with real drive times from the cabin.
2. Shape the weekend
Move picks into the weekend planner to lay out Friday through Sunday, so nobody books the same trail twice and the big dinner lands on the right night.
3. Send one link to the group
Save your picks as a shared plan and text the link to everyone. Each person opens the same list — hikes, meals, and stops with directions from the cabin — no screenshots, no fifteen-message thread.

More than one cabin's worth?
If your group is bigger than the cabin, mention it in the chat — the concierge can point you at nearby options so the whole pack stays close.
Dates first, plans second
Group weekends go fast in fall and around holidays. Lock the cabin, then fill in the fun.
